Nick and I love to cook together. We make an event out of our weekends and evenings. Turn on some music, pour a glass of wine, and see what we can create in the kitchen or outside on the grill! I love this time that we spend together, making healthy meals for ourselves. It allows us to spend some quality time together, while making our meals our own. Nothing that we do is by the book. As you have noticed throughout my site, we are actively changing our diet to reflect a more plant-based diet. We both have our own dietary choices, so cooking together allows us to personalize our meals, while still enjoying the same meal together.
Browse through the recipes to get some meal ideas. I will post vegan, vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, so you can get an idea of how we do our meals. I will also include a link to my blog where I give a step-by-step (with photos too!) on how we prepared the meal.
