I am a big fan of switching up exercise and working out at home when ever I can. My co-workers and I recently did a 30 Day Squat Challenge. I fell in love with this workout scheme (yes, scheme because it forces you to workout harder each day).
So, this has made me think…I need more 30 Day Challenges in my life. I have been doing a bunch of research with the 30 Day Challenges that are out there and they are just lacking! They give you a little bit of something to do every day, but it is not enough to count as exercise!
I am in the process of making up some improved versions, Run and Eat with Me style! Stay tuned for the challenges, they will be sure to get your heart rate up!
